Returns & Refund Policy

Personalised & Custom Items Please note that the majority of our products are made to order and personalised specifically for you. As such, personalised and custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This includes items personalised with names, dates, photos, or custom text.

14-Day Return Policy (Non-Personalised Items) For non-personalised items, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at kmdesigns206@gmail.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first — we'll provide return instructions and a return address. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at kmdesigns206@gmail.com if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement or refund.

Print Colour Variations Please be aware that colours may vary slightly between your screen and the printed product due to differences in monitor calibration and print processes. Minor colour variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Sale Items & Gift Cards Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union Customers If your order is being shipped to the European Union, please note that personalised and custom-made items are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Rights Directive. For non-personalised items, you retain the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at kmdesigns206@gmail.com.
