Processing Times

  • All items are made to order.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.
  • During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via trusted UK postal or courier services.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
    • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to postal delays.

 

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided where applicable once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delayed or Lost Orders

  • Once an order has been dispatched, shipping delays are unfortunately outside of our control.
  • If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
