1. About Us This website is operated by KM Designs & Printing, a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to KM Designs & Printing. By visiting our store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. General By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Products We specialise in personalised art prints and gifts made to order. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed product due to differences in monitor calibration and print processes — this is not considered a defect.
4. Personalised & Custom Orders By placing an order for a personalised item, you confirm that:
- All text, names, dates, or other details submitted are accurate
- You have the right to use any content you provide (e.g. photos, names)
- You understand that personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
We are not responsible for errors in personalisation details submitted by the customer.
5. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
6. Order Confirmation Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted.
7. Shipping & Delivery We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
8. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of KM Designs & Printing and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, KM Designs & Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
